1、預(yù)拌混凝土的進料攪拌：在發(fā)動機怠速的情況下，將操作手柄撥“進料攪拌”的“高速”位置；
1. Feeding mixing of ready mixed concrete: when the engine is idling, turn the operating handle to the "high speed" position of "feeding mixing";
a、預(yù)拌混凝土的攪動與攪拌車行駛：將操作手柄撥“攪動”位置；攪拌車行駛前須將駕駛室內(nèi)的軟軸控制手柄提鎖定位置；
a. Mixing of ready mixed concrete and driving of mixer truck: turn the operating handle to the "mixing" position; Before the mixer truck runs, the flexible shaft control handle in the cab must be raised to the locked position;
b、解除鎖定：將操作手柄向“進料攪拌”側(cè)推到位，如在駕駛室內(nèi)進行操縱，只要將手柄退出鎖定位置，即可解除鎖定；
b. Unlocking: push the operating handle to the side of "feeding mixing" in place. If the handle is operated in the cab, it can be unlocked as long as the handle is pulled out of the locked position;
c、攪拌筒的停轉(zhuǎn)：將操作手柄撥“空擋”。

注意：無論是將操作手柄從進料側(cè)撥出料側(cè)還是從出料側(cè)撥進料側(cè)，皆應(yīng)使其在空擋位置稍作停留，待筒體停止轉(zhuǎn)動后方可撥下一操作位置。
Note: Whether the operating handle is moved from the feeding side to the discharging side or from the discharging side to the feeding side, it should stay in the neutral position for a while, and can be moved to the next operating position after the barrel stops rotating.
進料前應(yīng)先檢查攪拌筒內(nèi)是否有水，如有積水，將發(fā)動機轉(zhuǎn)速控制在700-1000rpm，將操縱手柄撥出料位置，以便排除積水。
Before feeding, check whether there is water in the mixing drum. If there is water, control the engine speed at 700-1000rpm, and turn the operating handle to the discharge position to remove the water.
2、預(yù)拌混凝土：
2. Ready mixed concrete:
a、先注入總水量2/3的水；
a. Inject 2/3 of the total water volume first;
b、將1/2的粗骨料，1/2的砂，全部的水泥順次送入攪拌筒，隨后再將余下的1/2粗骨料和水送入；
b. 1/2 of the coarse aggregate, 1/2 of the sand and all the cement are sent into the mixing drum in sequence, and then the remaining 1/2 of the coarse aggregate and water are sent into the mixing drum;
c、攪拌筒轉(zhuǎn)速及攪拌時間：
c. Rotating speed and mixing time of mixing drum:
進料時攪拌筒的轉(zhuǎn)速：6—10轉(zhuǎn)/分；
Rotating speed of mixing drum during feeding: 6-10 rpm;
攪拌時攪拌筒的轉(zhuǎn)速：6—10轉(zhuǎn)/分；
Rotating speed of mixing drum during mixing: 6-10 rpm;
攪拌時間：10—16分鐘。
Mixing time: 10-16 minutes.
d、攪拌完畢后的攪動及出料方法與前述相同。
