1、水泥攪拌運輸車發(fā)動前，必須進行檢查，各部件量正常可靠，螺栓連接是否緊固，操作是否靈活等。
1. Before the cement mixer truck is started, it must be checked comprehensively to ensure that the quantity of each component is normal and reliable, whether the bolt connection is tight and whether the operation is flexible.
2、各部位潤滑點示意要求進行，加油處必須保持干凈。

3、液壓、氣壓各系統管路是澡密封牢固，是否有磨損，是否有漏油，漏氣等現象應及時檢查排除。

6、減速機的保養(yǎng)：按不同的使用期限，應對減速機作以下例進行養(yǎng)護：

(1)換油：首期使用500個小時后換油，以后每1500個小時換一次油，只要滿一年不管其工作了多少個小時，必須換油。

(2)油品：本車減速機為原裝進口減速機，所用齒輪油采用重載荷車輛齒輪油gl-5，粘度等級為85w/140。

(3)建議：在油溫為60度左右放油。每次換完油后，需檢查聯接螺栓的緊固情況。每周檢查一次油位。
(3) Suggestion: drain the oil when the oil temperature is about 60 ℃. After each oil change, it is necessary to check the fastening of the connecting bolts. Check the oil level once a week.
7、商品混凝土水泥攪拌運輸車散熱器的保養(yǎng)：正常情況下，散熱器的過濾芯在固定周期內更換，新車3個月更換濾芯，之后每6個月更換濾芯，濾芯精度與原裝濾芯精度一致，每天檢查散熱器風扇是否運轉，每周空氣槍清洗散熱器葉片表面，確保散熱器正常工作。
7. Maintenance of radiator of commercial concrete cement mixer truck: under normal conditions, the filter element of radiator is replaced within the fixed period, the filter element of new car is replaced 3 months, and then the filter element is replaced every 6 months. The accuracy of filter element is consistent with that of original filter element. Check whether the radiator fan is running every day, and clean the surface of radiator blade with air gun every week to ensure the normal operation of radiator.
8、液壓泵、液壓馬達的保養(yǎng)：液壓泵、液壓馬達也為原裝進口件，所用液壓油為68#抗麿液壓油，一般新使用3個月請更換液壓油，以后在正常使用情況下更換液壓油的時間不得超過12個月。不同企業(yè)的液壓油不可混合使用，更換新液壓油時，必須將液壓回路(包括液壓泵、液壓馬達、油管、油管接頭、散熱器)內清洗干凈，否則會導致液壓泵、液壓馬達的故障及縮短其使用壽命。
8. Maintenance of hydraulic pump and motor: the hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor are also imported parts, and the hydraulic oil used is 68 ? anti 麿 hydraulic oil. Generally, please change the hydraulic oil after 3 months of use, and the time for replacing the hydraulic oil under normal use shall not exceed 12 months. Different brands of hydraulic oil can not be mixed. 9、水泥攪拌運輸車托輪的保養(yǎng)：每3個月應定期補加潤滑脂一次，攪拌筒托輪表面每天都要注油一次，已避免托輪異常磨損。
9. Maintenance of supporting wheel of cement mixing truck: grease should be added regularly every 3 months, and the surface of supporting wheel of mixing drum should be filled with oil once a day to avoid abnormal wear of supporting wheel.
10、供水系的保養(yǎng)：商品混凝土水泥攪拌運輸車供水方式為氣壓供水，從底盤儲氣筒取氣，因此應經常檢查其氣路的密封性，以保證金底盤氣路不受影響。
10. Maintenance of water supply system: the water supply mode of commercial concrete cement mixer truck is pneumatic water supply, and the gas is taken from the air storage tank of chassis. 11、攪拌筒的保養(yǎng)：每次工作完華后，攪拌筒內必須有粗石子加清水洗干凈，按出料方法操作，把筒內積水排盡，同時也要對攪拌筒外表及底座周圍的水泥殘渣進行沖洗，正確處理和保養(yǎng)能延長攪拌筒的使用壽命。
11. Maintenance of mixing drum: after each work, there must be coarse stones in the mixing drum, which should be washed with clean water. According to the discharging method, the accumulated water in the drum should be drained out. At the same time, the cement residue on the surface of the mixing drum and around the base should be washed. Proper treatment and maintenance can prolong the service life of the mixing drum.
12、冬季商品混凝土水泥攪拌運輸車不用時，應放凈水箱內及清洗管路的積水。
