混凝土自上料攪拌車怎么用油？我們說的油是潤滑油。

1.對于攪拌主軸的軸承鏈接部位要加一次潤滑油，對于減速機(jī)等要加注黃油。

注：各潤滑點位于攪拌車出料門軸，各儲料斗和稱量斗門軸，膠帶運、機(jī)托輪、壓輪、滾筒、軸承、傳動鏈條、螺旋軸上、下端軸承及主機(jī)大齒輪等處。

2.檢查空壓機(jī)曲軸箱內(nèi)潤滑油質(zhì)量。必要時進(jìn)行更換;空壓機(jī)的油料必須時刻保持。

這里說的油不是燃油是潤滑油，防護(hù)油等各種機(jī)械養(yǎng)護(hù)用油?；炷磷陨狭蠑嚢柢囋O(shè)備如人一樣要做到精心呵護(hù)，才能大限度的提高設(shè)備的使用壽命以及減少機(jī)器故障發(fā)生的頻率，定期加油是不可缺少的重要養(yǎng)護(hù)方法，在平時的操作中加油要按時按質(zhì)完成。

1、產(chǎn)值大、效率高：連續(xù)平穩(wěn)工作，連續(xù)式攪拌車的單機(jī)產(chǎn)值高。

2、不漏漿，磨損?。哼B續(xù)式攪拌車進(jìn)料端為干料攪拌以及兩軸端均加有反螺旋，因而不存在漏漿疑問。攪拌車對耐磨材料的需求也不高。
