攪拌車對(duì)預(yù)拌混凝土的輸送
任何預(yù)拌混凝土在未添加緩凝劑的情況下，都在1小時(shí)左右進(jìn)入初凝狀態(tài)，這時(shí)再進(jìn)行混凝土澆注施工將影響混凝土的工程質(zhì)量。因此攪拌車運(yùn)送預(yù)拌混凝土有其時(shí)間控制的輸送半徑。一般控制在1小時(shí)以內(nèi)。從出料到卸料完畢的長(zhǎng)時(shí)間為90分鐘，且攪拌筒總轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)不大于300轉(zhuǎn)。如嫌原有的卸料槽不夠長(zhǎng)，需另外接長(zhǎng)時(shí)，請(qǐng)用支柱將接長(zhǎng)部分撐住。
