1、拌筒的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向應(yīng)符合箭頭指示方向，如不符實(shí)，應(yīng)更正電機(jī)接線。

2、全自動(dòng)攪拌車應(yīng)實(shí)施二級(jí)漏電保護(hù)，上班前電源接通后，仔細(xì)檢查，經(jīng)空車試轉(zhuǎn)認(rèn)為合格，方可使用。試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)應(yīng)檢驗(yàn)拌筒轉(zhuǎn)速是否合適，一般情況下，空車速度比重車(裝料后)稍快2~3轉(zhuǎn)，如相差較多，應(yīng)調(diào)整動(dòng)輪與傳動(dòng)輪的比例。

3、攪拌車應(yīng)設(shè)置在平坦的位置，用方木墊起前后輪軸，使輪胎擱高架空，以免在開(kāi)動(dòng)時(shí)發(fā)生走動(dòng)。

5、當(dāng)混凝土攪拌完畢或預(yù)計(jì)停歇1h以上，除將余料出凈外，應(yīng)用石子和清水倒入抖筒內(nèi)，開(kāi)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，把粘在料筒上的砂漿沖洗干凈后全部卸出。料筒內(nèi)不得有積水，以免料筒和葉片生銹。同時(shí)還應(yīng)清理攪拌筒外積灰，使機(jī)械保持清潔完好。
5. When the concrete has been mixed or is expected to stop for more than 1h, in addition to discharging the remaining materials, the stones and water shall be poured into the trembling cylinder, the machine shall be started to rotate, and the mortar stuck on the cylinder shall be washed clean and then discharged. There shall be no accumulated water in the barrel to avoid rusting of the barrel and blades. At the same time, the dust accumulated outside the mixing drum shall be cleaned to keep the machinery clean and in good condition.
6、開(kāi)機(jī)后，經(jīng)常注意攪拌機(jī)各部件的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是否正常。停機(jī)時(shí)，經(jīng)常檢查攪拌機(jī)葉片是否打彎，螺絲有否打落或松動(dòng)。
6. After startup, always pay attention to whether all parts of the mixer operate normally. During shutdown, always check whether the blades of the mixer are bent and whether the screws are fallen or loose.
7、下班后及停機(jī)不用時(shí)，應(yīng)拉閘斷電，并鎖好開(kāi)關(guān)箱，以確保。
