進(jìn)出料系統(tǒng)

全自動攪拌車進(jìn)出料系統(tǒng)由進(jìn)料斗、出料斗、主卸料槽、副卸料槽、支架、鎖緊架等組成，是全自動攪拌車的重要組成部分，直接影響到進(jìn)出料的速度和質(zhì)量。進(jìn)、出料斗通過支架和副車架的后臺支撐架相連。

出料斗及主卸料槽內(nèi)加有襯板，襯板采用高強(qiáng)度細(xì)晶粒合金鋼，其耐磨能力為Q345A(原16Mn)的1.59倍，大幅度的提高了耐磨性。主卸料槽能使混凝土朝所要求的方向卸出，副卸料槽起延長主卸料槽的長度的作用。

在副卸料槽接長時，拉下副卸料槽上的鎖柄，鎖緊。鎖緊架在卸料槽不工作時，將主卸料槽鎖定。卸料槽不工作時，將其向里一推，便會自動鎖定，掀下鎖柄，即可將卸料槽拉出。
When the auxiliary discharge chute is extended, pull down the lock handle on the auxiliary discharge chute and lock it. When the discharge chute does not work, the locking frame locks the main discharge chute. When the discharge chute does not work, push it inward to automatically lock it. 卸料槽控制桿起回轉(zhuǎn)支撐卸料槽，及調(diào)節(jié)卸料槽槽口的上下位移的作用，采用螺旋絲杠傳動，定位準(zhǔn)確，聯(lián)接可靠，移動時輕巧省力。鎖緊桿將轉(zhuǎn)任意一位置的卸料槽鎖定。掀下手柄，即可解除鎖定。

該手柄同時還端通過軟軸連到發(fā)動機(jī)的油門上，在需要加大轉(zhuǎn)速時可上下移動來操縱手柄，控制此操縱桿來實(shí)現(xiàn)筒體轉(zhuǎn)速的提高。

電器系統(tǒng)

全自動攪拌車的電器系統(tǒng)由三部分組成：冷卻風(fēng)扇控制部分和后示廓燈部分。冷卻風(fēng)扇控制部分：冷卻風(fēng)扇的起停由溫度開關(guān)自動控制，溫度高于65℃時風(fēng)扇啟動，低于60℃時風(fēng)扇停止。
The electrical system of the fully automatic mixer consists of three parts: the cooling fan control part and the rear position lamp part. Cooling fan control part: the start and stop of the cooling fan is automatically controlled by the temperature switch. The fan starts when the temperature is higher than 65 ℃ and stops when the temperature is lower than 60 ℃.
溫度開關(guān)位于冷卻器上，繼電器與保險(xiǎn)片在蓄電池旁電源繼電器盒內(nèi)。后示廓燈部分：后示廓燈用于夜間表示車后部輪廓大小，與后牌照燈同時點(diǎn)亮與熄滅。
The temperature switch is located on the cooler, and the relay and fuse are located in the power relay box beside the battery.
