1、氣缸出現(xiàn)內(nèi)、外泄漏，內(nèi)漏是指氣缸活塞組件磨損嚴(yán)重，造成那個(gè)活塞前后竄氣，影響氣缸動(dòng)作的快慢，嚴(yán)重時(shí)造成開關(guān)不到位；外漏是指活塞桿與氣缸接觸的端部密封件磨損嚴(yán)重而漏氣，造成活塞桿回復(fù)速度慢，甚回復(fù)不到位。

2、混凝土自上料攪拌車，氣缸的輸出力不足和動(dòng)作不平穩(wěn)，一般是因活塞或活塞桿被卡住、潤滑不良、供氣量不足，或缸內(nèi)有冷凝水和雜質(zhì)等原因造成的。對(duì)檢查油霧器的工作是否可靠；供氣管路是否被堵塞。當(dāng)氣缸內(nèi)存有冷凝水和雜質(zhì)時(shí)，應(yīng)及時(shí)清理。
