1、新車(chē)使用50個(gè)小時(shí)，一定要禁錮固定泵和馬達(dá)以及減速機(jī)上的螺栓。

1. When the new car is used for 50 hours, the bolts fixing the pump, motor and reducer must be imprisoned.

2、每次開(kāi)始工作之前，請(qǐng)檢查液壓油，如發(fā)現(xiàn)箱和減速機(jī)油窗口的油位標(biāo)尺和油品顏色，并根據(jù)情況補(bǔ)油或更換。

2. Before each operation, please check the hydraulic oil. If you find the oil level gauge and oil color of the gearbox and deceleration oil window, replenish or replace it according to the situation.

3、液壓系統(tǒng)風(fēng)扇表面散熱器保持清潔，確保良好的散熱效果，要注意風(fēng)扇是否轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。

4、在冷啟動(dòng)(尤其是冬季)要少運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)20分鐘以后再裝料。

5、工作的時(shí)候要注意檢查液壓油箱濾芯以及真空表，防止濾芯由于油質(zhì)太差造成回油阻力過(guò)大。如發(fā)現(xiàn)阻力太大，應(yīng)抽出濾芯然后再進(jìn)行更換，甚更換液壓油。

5. When working, pay attention to check the filter element of the hydraulic oil tank and the vacuum gauge to prevent the filter element from excessive oil return resistance due to poor oil quality. If the resistance is found to be too large, the filter element shall be pulled out and then replaced, or even the hydraulic oil shall be replaced.

6、每次啟動(dòng)時(shí)都要將液壓泵的操作桿放到中間的位置，操作液壓泵時(shí)不要猛拉猛推，要轉(zhuǎn)換方向的時(shí)候，一定要放在中間停滯5秒以上。

6. When starting each time, put the operating lever of the hydraulic pump in the middle position. Don't pull and push when operating the hydraulic pump. When you want to change the direction, be sure to put it in the middle and stop for more than 5 seconds.

7、經(jīng)常檢查油泵和馬達(dá)，檢查其連接部位是不是有液壓油漏出，接口是否出現(xiàn)了松動(dòng)，特別是液壓泵的吸油管路容易松動(dòng)進(jìn)氣，導(dǎo)致系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生噪音和油箱呼吸口向外排油。

7. Often check the oil pump and motor, check whether there is hydraulic oil leakage at the connecting parts, and whether the interface is loose. In particular, the oil suction pipeline of the hydraulic pump is easy to loosen, resulting in noise in the system and oil discharge from the breathing port of the oil tank.

8、遇到路況較差時(shí)，一定要小心駕駛，避免損壞減速機(jī)主軸承。
