攪拌車如何更換液壓油?
液壓泵分為齒輪泵,葉片泵,柱塞泵,螺桿泵。而攪拌機(jī)一般使用的是柱塞泵。

齒輪泵一般選用低灰液壓油,對(duì)要油品要求一般。葉片泵可選用低灰或無(wú)灰的液壓油。柱塞泵和螺桿泵都是使用無(wú)灰的液壓油,因其部件的設(shè)計(jì)精密對(duì)液壓油的灰分特別嚴(yán)重。柱塞泵使用的無(wú)灰液壓油除了要求無(wú)灰,對(duì)油品的氧化安定性要求也很高,市售一般氧化安定/min測(cè)試約300。當(dāng)然也有添加劑能達(dá)1000以上。

攪有些客戶在購(gòu)買商品混凝土水泥攪拌運(yùn)輸車后,一般改裝廠家會(huì)給用戶壹本操縱手冊(cè),而這個(gè)操縱手冊(cè)上應(yīng)該有明確的要求齒輪油以及液壓油的標(biāo)號(hào)。對(duì)付液壓系統(tǒng)原則上夏季利用68#的抗磨液壓油,冬季應(yīng)該利用46#的抗磨液壓油,寒冷地區(qū)應(yīng)該利用32#的低溫抗磨液壓油。這樣做的長(zhǎng)處是液壓系統(tǒng)內(nèi)油的循環(huán)越發(fā)順利,不會(huì)因?yàn)楦邷赜偷恼吵矶冗_(dá)不到,造成液壓油系統(tǒng)不能正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

Steps for replacing hydraulic oil of concrete mixer truck:
(1)放開(kāi)油箱卸油堵有頭;
(1) Release the oil unloading plug of the oil tank;
(2)松開(kāi)馬達(dá)卸油堵油頭;
(2) Loosen the motor oil discharge plug;
(3)松開(kāi)泵側(cè)的回油管接頭放油;
(3) Loosen the oil return pipe connector on the pump side to drain the oil;
(4)油放完后,重新裝好卸油堵油頭及回管;
(4) After the oil is drained, reinstall the oil discharge plug and return pipe;
(5)在油箱內(nèi)加入指定的油液;

(6)松開(kāi)泵上稍高的卸油口,看殼體是否注滿了油;

(7)同樣檢查馬達(dá)殼體是否注滿了油,檢查是否保持和馬達(dá)的清潔;低速啟動(dòng)引擎2-3次,確定無(wú)異常后,低速發(fā)動(dòng)引擎(800-1000rpm)約10分鐘;熱機(jī)后,逐漸拉動(dòng)操縱桿到傾斜角,檢查有無(wú)異常,如果一切正常,就可以正式使用了。
