混凝土攪拌車滾筒清洗要注意什么？
1、混凝土攪拌車在施工現(xiàn)場卸料完畢后，應立即用拌和車隨帶的軟管沖刷進料斗、出料斗、卸料溜槽等處，鏟除粘附在車身遍地的污泥及混凝土。在回來拌和站的途中，應向拌和筒內(nèi)注150---200L水以清洗筒壁及葉片粘結(jié)的混凝土殘渣。

3、鏟除混凝土攪拌車拌和筒內(nèi)外積污及殘存的混凝土渣塊時，以及在機修人員進入筒內(nèi)進行檢修和焊補作業(yè)時，需先關(guān)閉轎車發(fā)動機，使拌和筒完全停止?jié)L動。在機修人員進入筒內(nèi)作業(yè)期間，需要確?；炷翑嚢柢嚢柰矁?nèi)通風良好，空氣新鮮，無可然氣體及有害塵埃，氧氣供應充足。在筒內(nèi)運用電動工具操作時，操作人員需要有良好的絕緣保護。
3. 4、混凝土攪拌車作業(yè)時，不得將手伸入旋轉(zhuǎn)的拌和筒內(nèi)，禁止將手伸入主卸料溜槽和加長卸料溜槽的銜接部位主動，主動上交拌和車在作業(yè)時應注意什么以免發(fā)生事故。
