混凝土攪拌車(chē)是用來(lái)集中攪拌混凝土的聯(lián)合裝置，又稱(chēng)混凝土預(yù)制場(chǎng)。由于它的機(jī)械化、自動(dòng)化程度較高，所以生產(chǎn)率也很高，并能保證混凝土的質(zhì)量和節(jié)省水泥，常用于混凝土工程量大、工期長(zhǎng)、工地集中的大、中型水利、電力、橋梁等工程。隨著市政建設(shè)的發(fā)展，采用集中攪拌、提供商品混凝土的攪拌車(chē)具有很大的良好性，因而獲得迅速發(fā)展，并為推廣混凝土泵送施工，實(shí)現(xiàn)攪拌、輸送、澆筑機(jī)械聯(lián)合作業(yè)創(chuàng)造條件。

混凝土攪拌車(chē)主要是適用于各級(jí)的公路的基層的以及底層的，水泥的穩(wěn)定中粒土和粗粒土用作基層時(shí)其水泥的計(jì)量不要超過(guò)百分之六。對(duì)于土的要求就是要比較易于破碎，要滿(mǎn)足一定的級(jí)配，以便于碾壓成型。

The requirement for soil is that it should be easy to be broken and meet certain gradation, so as to facilitate rolling forming.

細(xì)粒土要求：顆粒的的直徑要小于9.5毫米，同時(shí)小于2.36mm的顆粒含量不小于百分之九十。

Requirements for fine-grained soil: the diameter of particles shall be less than 9.5mm, and the content of particles less than 2.36mm shall not be less than 90%.

中粒土要求：顆粒的的直徑要小于26.3毫米，同時(shí)其中還要小于18.6毫米的顆粒含量不小于百分之九十。

Requirements for medium grained soil: the diameter of particles shall be less than 26.3mm, and the content of particles less than 18.6mm shall not be less than 90%.

粗粒土要求：顆粒的粒徑小于37.5mm，且其中小于31.5mm的顆粒含量不小于百分之九十。

Coarse grained soil requirements: the particle size is less than 37.5mm, and the content of particles less than 31.5mm is not less than 90%.
