一、原材料質(zhì)量的選擇準(zhǔn)確：
1、 Accurate selection of raw material quality:
1、骨料：粗細(xì)骨料進(jìn)場(chǎng)必須按規(guī)定進(jìn)行抽樣檢驗(yàn)，檢驗(yàn)合格方可使用。粗骨料應(yīng)選用級(jí)配合理、粒形良好、質(zhì)地均勻堅(jiān)固的碎石或碎卵石，粗骨料各種指標(biāo)應(yīng)滿足相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范的要求;控制泥含量和泥塊含量，及時(shí)進(jìn)行檢測(cè)，經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)不合格的嚴(yán)禁進(jìn)場(chǎng)卸車。

2、水泥：水泥進(jìn)場(chǎng)必須按規(guī)定進(jìn)行抽樣檢驗(yàn)，每批進(jìn)場(chǎng)的水泥均要求及時(shí)進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)稠度與溫度測(cè)試，對(duì)質(zhì)量存有懷疑的嚴(yán)禁入倉(cāng)，并繼續(xù)進(jìn)行其他指標(biāo)測(cè)試，經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)不合格的水泥嚴(yán)禁進(jìn)場(chǎng)。嚴(yán)禁未經(jīng)消解的熱水泥直接使用于工程，對(duì)于已使用的水泥要進(jìn)行追溯，并填制"水泥使用追溯表"。
2. Cement: the cement must be sampled and inspected according to the regulations when entering the site. The standard consistency and temperature of each batch of cement entering the site are required to be tested in time. If there is doubt about the quality, it is strictly forbidden to enter the warehouse, and other index tests shall be continued. The unqualified cement after inspection is strictly forbidden to enter the site. 3、礦物外摻料:根據(jù)有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范的要求進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。試驗(yàn)室應(yīng)隨時(shí)掌握礦物外摻料的質(zhì)量變化情況，礦物摻料進(jìn)場(chǎng)時(shí)，必須進(jìn)行需水量比、燒失量、細(xì)度檢測(cè)，經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)合格的產(chǎn)品方可入庫(kù);并注意與前期試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比，以判定質(zhì)量的波動(dòng)情況，確保工程質(zhì)量。
3. Mineral admixtures: tested according to the requirements of relevant standards and specifications. The laboratory shall keep abreast of the quality changes of mineral admixtures at any time. When the mineral admixtures enter the site, the water demand ratio, loss on ignition and fineness must be tested, and the products that pass the inspection can be put into the warehouse. Attention shall be paid to the comparison with the previous test results to determine the quality fluctuation and ensure the project quality.
4、外加劑:外加劑進(jìn)場(chǎng)時(shí)應(yīng)加強(qiáng)檢查、檢測(cè)，檢查外加劑的包裝上是否在明顯位置上注明以下內(nèi)容：產(chǎn)品名稱、型號(hào)、凈含量或體積、生產(chǎn)廠名、生產(chǎn)日期及出廠編號(hào);檢查包裝物所標(biāo)明的內(nèi)容是否與生產(chǎn)廠家提供的產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明書、合格證相符;液體外加劑是否析出沉淀物，是否超過有效期。
4. Admixtures: when admixtures enter the site, inspection and testing shall be strengthened to check whether the following contents are clearly indicated on the package of admixtures: product name, model, net content or volume, manufacturer name, production date and factory number; whether the contents indicated on the package are consistent with the product instructions and certificates provided by the manufacturer; Whether the liquid admixtures precipitate and exceed the validity period.
