The transportation medium of the self loading mixer is concrete. The density of concrete is high. When a mixer is fully loaded, the weight of the whole vehicle is very large. However, the engine of the mixer is generally equipped with high horsepower. Different drivers drive the same mixer. Some drivers always say that the car uphill is boring and the fuel consumption is still high. What's the matter? If the oil, oil filter element, diesel filter element and air filter element are changed regularly, the following problems should be solved:

1. 增壓器損壞，如果增壓器葉輪軸匡動(dòng)，罐內(nèi)有機(jī)油基本斷定已經(jīng)損壞，另外要檢查管道，氣泵打壓用泡沫水檢查增壓機(jī)和出氣管接頭橡膠卡扣處是否有漏氣現(xiàn)象。

1. the turbocharger is damaged. If the impeller shaft of the turbocharger is moved, the oil in the tank is basically damaged. In addition, the pipeline should be inspected. The air pump should be pressed to check whether there is any air leakage in the rubber buckle of the supercharger and the outlet pipe with foam water.

2. 自上料攪拌車檢查中冷器是否斷裂，同樣的方法氣泵打壓仔細(xì)檢查水箱前面中冷器是否有漏氣，調(diào)整氣門，定時(shí)按車輛的數(shù)值找專人來(lái)調(diào)整氣門間隙。

Carefully check whether there is air leakage in the intercooler in front of the water tank, adjust the valve, and regularly find a special person to adjust the valve clearance according to the kilometer value of the vehicle.
             

3. 更換達(dá)標(biāo)的尿素，選擇車用尿素一定要買合格的產(chǎn)品，不要輕易改動(dòng)尿素噴頭，有些自上料攪拌車司機(jī)為了省錢，故意石子改裝尿素噴頭，有的卡友甚干脆加水，還有的人直接將插頭拔掉，不使用尿素。

3. To replace up to standard urea and choose vehicle urea, we must buy qualified products, and do not easily change the urea nozzle. In order to save money, some self loading mixer drivers deliberately modify the urea nozzle with stones. Some card friends even add water, while others directly pull out the plug and do not use urea.

4. 自上料攪拌車校準(zhǔn)噴油器，不要輕易的亂加便宜的柴油，如果將噴油嘴弄壞，那省出的那點(diǎn)錢還不夠你換噴嘴呢。

4. Calibrate the fuel injector with self loading mixer. Don't add cheap diesel easily. If the fuel injector is damaged, the money saved is not enough for you to change the nozzle.

5. 自上料攪拌車掛檔前推不到位，后拉不到底。有很多的車輛掛檔都是比較重的，很多時(shí)候還掛不到位，這種情況一般有以下一個(gè)原因：掛擋桿或者球頭磨損，從掛檔下方一直到變速箱上面有很多個(gè)球頭，由于在平時(shí)開車過(guò)程中需要不斷的變更檔位，所以球頭比較容易磨損，發(fā)現(xiàn)匡動(dòng)就要及時(shí)更換；變速桿拉線，現(xiàn)在很大一部分專用車采用變速箱拉線設(shè)計(jì)，拉線使用時(shí)間長(zhǎng)了就會(huì)起刺變長(zhǎng)，就會(huì)導(dǎo)致掛檔費(fèi)勁甚掛不上檔，發(fā)現(xiàn)拉線問(wèn)題要及時(shí)更換；檔桿底座螺絲匡動(dòng)，無(wú)論檔桿定位在駕駛室上還是發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)上面都會(huì)有固定的螺絲，如果底座松動(dòng)，掛檔就會(huì)困難；變速箱上蓋的端蓋花鍵套或花鍵軸磨損嚴(yán)重也會(huì)直接導(dǎo)致掛檔困難甚掛不上檔。

5. The front pushing and back pulling of the self feeding mixer are not in place. There are a lot of vehicles that are heavily engaged in gear, and often they are not in place. This situation generally has the following reasons: the gear lever or ball head is worn, and there are many ball heads from the lower part of the gear to the upper part of the gearbox. Due to the need to constantly change gears during normal driving, the ball head is easy to wear, and it needs to be replaced in time when it is found to be changed; the transmission lever cable At present, a large number of special-purpose vehicles adopt the design of transmission cable, which will lead to long thorn when the cable is used for a long time, which will make it difficult to shift into gear or even unable to shift into gear. If the cable problem is found, it should be replaced in time; if the screw of gear lever base is selected, there will be fixed screw no matter whether the gear lever is located in the cab or on the engine, if the base is loose, it will be difficult to shift into gear; if the gear lever base is loose, it will be difficult to shift into gear The serious wear of the end cover spline sleeve or spline shaft of the upper cover will also directly lead to the difficulty or even failure of gear engagement.

6. 檢查電磁閥，如果變速箱小蓋開關(guān)電磁閥的頂針損壞也會(huì)導(dǎo)致掛檔困難。混凝土攪拌車車身比較重，只要你掌握駕車方法，對(duì)變速箱足夠了解，就難不倒你。
