混凝土攪拌車卸料時的注意事項！
中科聚峰攪拌車卸料環(huán)節(jié)其實對于工程的建設進程是很重要的，卸料慢的話會浪費很多的時間，像一般卸料慢的大部分都是小型攪拌車，那只是因為它放量小才卸料慢嗎?當然不是，攪拌車卸料慢跟液壓泵和液壓馬達有關，一般小型攪拌車的液壓馬達都是定量齒輪泵，它的工作速度不怎么快，就是加油門也不會有明顯改善，而且還不能長時間的加大油門會燒壞齒輪油泵。下面我們就來了解一下混凝土攪拌車卸料注意事項。

1、卸料前讓攪拌罐全速運轉一兩分鐘。讓混凝土充分攪拌，必要時可以加一些水，讓混凝土攪拌得更均勻，也方便卸料。
1. Let the mixing tank run at full speed for one or two minutes before discharging. The concrete can be fully mixed, and some water can be added if necessary to make the concrete more uniform and convenient for unloading.
2、放料前先把出料斗溜槽打濕。放料時把車盡量停在平地上放料前先把出料斗溜槽打濕，方便清洗。

3、卸料不要大意和放料工打好關系。放料時盡量自己看著，免得放料工亂操作放料操作桿，每次罐子正反轉中間位子時要停一下，保護減速機，托輪等。與放料工打好關系，卸料時也不要睡的太熟，萬一工人鬧情緒，把你車子放到工地不轉罐子，造成悶罐就麻煩了。

4、攪拌罐一定要仔細地沖洗干凈。洗罐子時一定要仔細的沖洗干凈，并把水反復的正反轉兩次，再放出來，然后一趟時把水箱的水全部放進罐子，再回到站加水清洗罐子。

6、在施工現(xiàn)場卸料完畢后，應立即用攪拌車隨帶的軟管沖洗進料斗、出料斗、卸料溜槽等處，粘附在車身各處的污泥及混凝土。在返回攪拌站的途中，應向攪拌筒內注150---200L水以清洗筒壁及葉片粘結的混凝土殘渣。

7.
