一、輸送混凝土的容量，質(zhì)量及塌落度應(yīng)符合混凝土行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和要求。

二、在混凝土運(yùn)輸過程中罐體禁止停轉(zhuǎn)，防止造成混凝土的凝結(jié)，停轉(zhuǎn)重啟時會造成對液壓系統(tǒng)、減速機(jī)的沖擊，導(dǎo)致液壓泵和馬達(dá)的損壞。

三、在公路上行駛時，加長溜槽須放置在卸料溜槽支架上并用掛鉤掛牢，不允許掛在主排料溜槽上運(yùn)行；主排料溜槽要旋轉(zhuǎn)到固定位置，拉下定位手柄，用鎖緊手柄將彈簧變幅機(jī)構(gòu)鎖止，防止由于不固定而搖擺，造成傷人事故和影響其它車輛運(yùn)行可能。

六、攪拌車在空載運(yùn)行過程中，攪拌筒不得停轉(zhuǎn)以免顛簸時造成滾道和托輪局部磕碰，導(dǎo)致托輪和滾道的異常損壞。

6、 During the no-load operation of the mixer truck, the mixing drum shall not stop running, so as to avoid local collision between the raceway and the supporting wheel during bumping, resulting in abnormal damage to the supporting wheel and the raceway.

七、水箱的水量要經(jīng)常加滿，以備急用。水箱加水前，須打開放氣閥把箱內(nèi)空氣放掉；沖洗時打開氣閥，沖洗完畢或者停用時應(yīng)將水罐內(nèi)氣體放掉。冬季停放時，水箱和供水系統(tǒng)里不得有剩余水，防止凍裂。
