　　3、外加劑:外加劑進場時應加強檢查、檢測，檢查外加劑的包裝上是否在明顯位置上注明以下內容：產品名稱、型號、凈含量或體積(包括含量或濃度)、生產廠名、生產日期及出廠編號;檢查包裝物所標明的內容是否與生產廠家提供的產品說明書、合格證相符;液體外加劑是否析出沉淀物，是否超過有效期。
