中科自上料攪拌機(jī)剩料如何清理

　　在使用中科自上料攪拌機(jī)的過(guò)程中，有時(shí)會(huì)遇到一些事故。如果遇到這種情況，如何清洗槽內(nèi)剩余的物料?

　　In the process of using the self feeding mixer, there are some accidents. If this happens, how to clean the remaining materials in the tank?

　　1.關(guān)閉控制室電源開(kāi)關(guān)，并懸掛“不關(guān)閉”警告標(biāo)志。

　　1. Turn off the power switch in the control room and hang the warning sign of "do not turn off".

　　2.通知裝載機(jī)發(fā)生碰撞，并將裝載機(jī)斗與主機(jī)進(jìn)料口對(duì)齊。

　　2. Inform the loader of collision and align the loader bucket with the main machine feed port.

　　3.打開(kāi)倉(cāng)庫(kù)門(mén)，員工穿戴防護(hù)裝備進(jìn)入主機(jī)。用鏟子、風(fēng)槍等工具清理未完成的混凝土。

　　3. Open the warehouse door, and employees wear protective equipment to enter the host. Clean the unfinished concrete with shovel, air gun and other tools.

　　4.打開(kāi)卸車(chē)門(mén)，將可卸車(chē)的未攪拌混凝土卸車(chē)。

　　4. Open the unloading door to unload the UN mixed concrete that can be unloaded.

　　5.清理完罐內(nèi)混凝土后，工作人員檢查主機(jī)葉片是否有損壞，直到確認(rèn)主機(jī)底板和葉片完好為止。工作人員離開(kāi)主機(jī)后，關(guān)閉主機(jī)倉(cāng)門(mén)。

　　5. After cleaning the concrete in the tank, the staff shall check whether the blades of the main engine are damaged until confirming that the base plate and blades of the main engine are in good condition. After the staff leaves the main engine, close the main engine compartment door.

　　6.當(dāng)確定電源接通或車(chē)輛運(yùn)行正常時(shí)，應(yīng)觀察斜帶、平帶上的砂礫，配合控制室操作員通過(guò)裝載機(jī)進(jìn)行清理。

　　6. When it is confirmed that the power is on or the vehicle is running normally, observe the gravel on the inclined belt and flat belt, and cooperate with the operator in the control room to clean through the loader.

　　7.正常的混凝土生產(chǎn)應(yīng)在清理斜帶和平帶上的廢棄物、砂石后進(jìn)行。

　　7. The normal concrete production shall be carried out after the waste and sand on the inclined belt and flat belt are cleaned.

　　如果中科自上料攪拌機(jī)在使用過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，不能運(yùn)行的內(nèi)部混凝土?xí)皶r(shí)排除，如果混凝土凝結(jié)在罐內(nèi)，會(huì)造成車(chē)輛腐蝕。

　　If there are problems in the use of Zhongke self feeding mixer, the internal concrete that cannot be operated will be eliminated in time. If the concrete is condensed in the tank, it will cause vehicle corrosion.
