液壓系統(tǒng)是攪拌車的核心系統(tǒng)，為保障攪拌車能正常工作，需要在每次混凝土自上料攪拌車發(fā)動前檢查油路散熱器和減速機的液壓油位，保障油位指示在視窗范圍內(nèi)，同時要保障其清潔性，以免塵粒和水分等污染系統(tǒng)液壓油，造成系統(tǒng)不能正常工作或損壞。

（2）混凝土自上料攪拌車裝料前，應(yīng)先排凈拌筒內(nèi)殘存的積水和雜物，在運輸過程中要不停地轉(zhuǎn)動，以防混凝土離析。攪拌車到達(dá)工地和卸料之前，應(yīng)先使拌筒全速以14—18轉(zhuǎn)/分轉(zhuǎn)動1—2分鐘，然后再進(jìn)行反轉(zhuǎn)卸料，反轉(zhuǎn)之前，應(yīng)使攪拌筒停穩(wěn)不轉(zhuǎn)。
(2) Before the concrete is loaded from the loading mixer truck, the remaining water and sundries in the mixing drum shall be drained, and the concrete shall be rotated continuously during transportation to prevent concrete segregation. Before the mixer truck arrives at the construction site and discharges materials, the mixing drum shall be rotated at full speed for 1-2 minutes at 14-18 rpm, and then the reverse unloading shall be carried out. Before the reverse rotation, the mixing drum shall be stopped stably.
