看箱體：它是減速機的重要組成部分，是傳動零件的基座，須具備足夠的強度和剛度，箱體通常用灰鑄鐵制作，對于重載或者有沖擊載荷的減速機也可采用鑄鋼箱體，單體生產(chǎn)的減速機，為了簡化制作工藝，降低生產(chǎn)成本，可采用鋼板焊接的箱體。

而當df-d＞6——7mn時，采用齒輪與軸分開為兩個零件的結(jié)構(gòu)，如低速軸與大齒輪，此時齒輪與軸的軸向固定平鍵連接，軸上零件利用軸肩、軸套和軸承蓋作軸向固定，兩軸均采用了深溝球軸承。

At this time, the gear is connected with the axial fixed flat key of the shaft, and the parts on the shaft are axially fixed by shaft shoulder, shaft sleeve and bearing cover.
