攪拌車制動液面的檢查

制動也在高、低位之間則表示正常。如果制動液接近下限或低于下限則表示系統(tǒng)中可能有泄漏或制動蹄片磨損過多,應(yīng)及時到維修站進(jìn)行檢修。補(bǔ)加制動液時,要注意加同一種型號的制動液,防止損壞皮碗,注意保護(hù)好油漆防止腐蝕漆面。

攪拌車離合器液面介于高、低液面間則表示正常,如果低于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)線,則可能是總泵或分泵皮碗損壞。在發(fā)動機(jī)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)下將出現(xiàn)掛檔難或無法掛檔的現(xiàn)象,請即時到就近的維修站檢修。

檢查蓄電池固定是否牢固,電解液應(yīng)在上限和下限之間,接近下線時應(yīng)及時補(bǔ)加電解液或蒸餾水高位線。保持蓄電池正負(fù)電纜接觸良好,并保持蓄電池清潔干燥。放置時間較長的攪拌車要摘下蓄電池的正負(fù)極電纜,相隔半個月左右重新接線起動攪拌車發(fā)動機(jī)約20分鐘后,如果電量明顯不足要及時充電。

每月應(yīng)在常溫下檢查一下輪胎氣壓,如果低于正常標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)及時補(bǔ)充輪胎氣壓。氣壓不能過高或過低,否則影響駕駛的性。檢查攪拌車輪胎的龜裂情況,存在隱患時應(yīng)及時更換輪胎。選用輪胎時,應(yīng)使之型號一致。

空氣濾清器的檢查

空氣濾清器過臟會引起攪拌車發(fā)動機(jī)工作不良、油耗過大,損壞發(fā)動機(jī)等,檢查空氣濾清器時,若發(fā)現(xiàn)灰塵較少,堵塞較輕,可用高壓空氣從內(nèi)向外吹凈,繼續(xù)使用。過臟的空氣濾清器應(yīng)及時更換。九、攪拌車火花塞的檢查正常的攪拌車火花塞絕緣陶瓷完好。沒有破裂漏電現(xiàn)象,火花塞間隙0.8+-0.0mm放電時,火花呈藍(lán)色,較強(qiáng)。若發(fā)現(xiàn)異常需進(jìn)行調(diào)整間隙或更換火花塞。
