1、混合器正在運(yùn)行：
1. Mixer running:
1)向攪拌筒加料應(yīng)在運(yùn)行中進(jìn)行；添加新材料只能在攪拌機(jī)中所有的原混凝土卸載后進(jìn)行。除反向卸料外，不要中途停止攪拌機(jī)或在攪拌機(jī)滿載時(shí)啟動(dòng)攪拌機(jī)。
1) Adding materials to the mixing drum should be carried out in operation; adding new materials can only be carried out after unloading all the original concrete in the mixer. Do not stop the mixer halfway or start the mixer when the mixer is full except for reverse discharge.
2)進(jìn)料時(shí)，嚴(yán)禁將頭或手伸入料斗和機(jī)架，操作時(shí)不得用手或工具等東西伸入攪拌筒扒料卸料。
2) When feeding, it is strictly forbidden to put the head or hand into the hopper and frame. When operating, it is not allowed to put the hand or tools into the mixing drum to pick up and discharge materials.
3)作業(yè)時(shí)，如故障不能繼續(xù)運(yùn)行，應(yīng)立即切斷電源，將攪拌筒內(nèi)的混凝土清理干凈。

4)料斗上升時(shí)，禁止在料斗下工作或行走。料坑底部應(yīng)為料斗提供一個(gè)枕頭，在清理料坑時(shí)，料斗應(yīng)使用鏈條固定。

2、攪拌機(jī)運(yùn)行前：混凝土攪拌機(jī)運(yùn)行前后，傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)、工作裝置、制動(dòng)器等。應(yīng)進(jìn)行可靠的檢查和緊固，以確保正常運(yùn)行。大齒圈、皮帶輪等部件上應(yīng)安裝防護(hù)罩，攪拌筒、支撐傳動(dòng)和運(yùn)動(dòng)部件以及倉門、斗門和軌道內(nèi)不得有異物卡住。
2. Before mixer operation: before and after concrete mixer operation, transmission mechanism, working device, brake, etc. Reliable inspection and fastening shall be carried out to ensure normal operation. The big gear ring, belt pulley and other parts shall be installed with protective cover, and the mixing drum, supporting transmission and moving parts, as well as the bin door, bucket door and track shall not be jammed by foreign matters.
3、攪拌機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后：當(dāng)混凝土攪拌完成或預(yù)計(jì)停止1小時(shí)以上時(shí)，除了排出剩余的材料外，還應(yīng)將石頭和清水倒入振動(dòng)桶中，并打開攪拌機(jī)，將附著在桶上的砂漿清洗干凈后排出。桶內(nèi)不得有積水，以防桶和葉片生銹。同時(shí)，還應(yīng)清理攪拌筒外積聚的灰塵，以保持機(jī)器的清潔和完好。
3. After the operation of the mixer: when the concrete mixing is completed or is expected to stop for more than 1 hour, in addition to discharging the remaining materials, stones and clean water should also be poured into the vibrating bucket, and the mixer should be turned on to clean the mortar attached to the bucket before discharging.
