自動上料攪拌車的控制技術(shù)要求特點
1.各筒體，控制閥，電機按混凝土攪拌過程的要求運行，各筒體，控制閥，電機的控制必須準(zhǔn)確，穩(wěn)定，可靠。自上料混凝土攪拌車廠家它可裝運由攪拌廠（站）生產(chǎn)的混凝土或按配比混合的骨料（砂、石子）、水泥和水，在運輸過程中，不斷對濕料慢慢攪拌，防止混凝土在運輸過程中初凝和離析。

一個工作周期內(nèi)攪拌車主機系統(tǒng)少應(yīng)清洗1次。每天可以生產(chǎn)活動結(jié)束后，則應(yīng)對攪拌車主機信息進行比較的清洗，方法是：在清洗服務(wù)過程中，將水及少許石子放進攪拌主機內(nèi)通過攪拌5～10min，清洗后將機內(nèi)物料管理全部有效，不得有積水、積料;停機后再沖洗以及管道，攪拌罐內(nèi)外環(huán)境灰塵和粘附的混凝土。

在沖洗攪拌主機料門時，應(yīng)避免上部沖洗下的積料形成異物卡滯料門現(xiàn)象。攪拌過程中，若混凝土運輸車較長時間沒有到位(超過20～30min，尤其在夏季)，應(yīng)加水對攪拌機進行簡易清洗。
