日常清理混凝土自上料攪拌車你知道怎么做？
使用完混凝土自上料攪拌車，也要定期清理、保養(yǎng)，正確的使用、清理可延長攪拌機(jī)的使用壽命，我們來看下把：

1、要定期對(duì)混凝土自上料攪拌車進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)規(guī)程所規(guī)定項(xiàng)目的維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)作業(yè)，如清洗、潤滑、加油等。

2、在冬季使用時(shí)，要注意工作完畢后應(yīng)該用水清洗混凝土自上料攪拌車滾筒并將水泵、水箱、水管內(nèi)積水放凈，以免水泵、水箱、水管等凍壞。

3、要記得不能用大錘擊打的辦法根除積存在混凝土自上料攪拌車筒內(nèi)的混凝土，只能用鑿子。

4、混凝土自上料攪拌車使用前要先檢查各控制器是否良好，停工后用水和石子倒入攪拌筒內(nèi)10~15分鐘進(jìn)行清洗，再將水和石子清出。操作人員如須進(jìn)入攪拌筒內(nèi)清洗時(shí)，除切斷電源和卸下熔斷器外，還需要鎖好開關(guān)箱。
