1、備用的散熱器有效環(huán)境應保持通風、干燥。
1. The effective environment of standby radiator should be kept ventilated and dry.
2、建議使用軟硬水需軟化處理后使用，避免造成散熱器內(nèi)部堵塞及水垢的產(chǎn)生。
2. It is suggested that soft and hard water should be used after softening treatment to avoid internal blockage and scale formation of radiator.
3、在冬季為防止結冰造成芯子破裂現(xiàn)象，如攪拌車長期停車或間接停車時，應將水箱蓋和放水開關，將水全部放出。
3. In winter, in order to prevent core breakage caused by freezing, such as long-term or indirect shutdown of the mixer, the water tank cover and water drain switch should be set to discharge all water.
4、水位計應每3個月清洗一次或視實際情況，各部件拆下用溫水加無腐蝕性洗滌劑清洗。
4. The water level gauge should be cleaned every 3 months or according to the actual situation, all parts should be removed and cleaned with warm water and non corrosive detergent.
5、散熱器內(nèi)完全放水再注水時，要先將發(fā)動機缸體的放水開關扭開，有水流出時，再關上，從而避免產(chǎn)生水泡。
5. When the radiator is completely drained and then filled with water, the drain switch of the engine block should be turned on first, and then turned off when there is water flowing out, so as to avoid the generation of blisters.
6、在日常使用中應隨時檢查水位，要停機降溫后加水。加水時，將水箱蓋慢慢打開，作業(yè)人員身體應盡量遠離加水口，以防高壓蒸汽油加水口噴出造成燙傷。
6. In daily use, the water level should be checked at any time, and water should be added after shutdown and cooling. When adding water, the water tank cover shall be opened slowly, and the operator's body shall be kept away from the water inlet as far as possible, so as to prevent scalding caused by the spray of high-pressure steam gasoline.
7、散熱器不應與任何酸、堿或其它腐蝕性性質(zhì)接觸。

8、在使用防凍液，為了避免散熱器的腐蝕，請務必使用正規(guī)廠家生產(chǎn)且符合標準的長效防銹防凍液。
8. In the use of antifreeze, in order to avoid the corrosion of radiator, please be sure to use the long-term anti rust antifreeze produced by regular manufacturers and in line with national standards.
9、視實際情況用戶應在1～3個月間對散熱器進行完全清洗一次芯體。清洗時，用清水沿反進風向側沖洗。
9. According to the actual situation, the user should clean the radiator completely once every 1-3 months. When cleaning, wash with clean water along the side of the reverse wind direction.
10、在安裝散熱器過程中，請不要損壞散熱帶(片)和碰傷散熱器，以保證散熱能力和密封。
